I believe Ontario should allor the construction of Tiny Homes. The are an affordable and economical way of living and we should adopt this and allow people to live this way as they so please.

The laws concerning tiny homes need to be updated to address todays issues of homelessness and low cost housing availability.
If every homeowner that had the space built one for their aging parents...a homeless vet or small family that cant qualify for a mortgage...our housing problems could be solved...but instead outdated laws...red tape and bureaucracy stops progress as usual.
Please do something to correct this problem.

As a longtime resident of Waubaushene, I fully support my neighbour's endeavor. It shows a lot of initiative at a time when things are difficult. I sincerely hope Tay Council will reconsider their decision.

If you can park an RV in your driveway you should be able to park a tiny house on your lot as well

The NS building code has been updated effective Jan 2020 to support the growth of tiny homes in the province. Stay in touch with the times and support this project

In this day and age and circumstances, these kind of restrictions need to go the way of the dinosaur.
