Tiny homes are the way of the future! This one looks great so get with the times and hire this guy to build a bunch for seniors, homeless etc and get your town at the forefront of this new movement, instead of lagging behind those with vision!

Seriously why do we target law abiding citizens, people trying to help others, and people trying to make a positive difference in the world when we have serious crimes being committed ..... leave this man alone.

In my opinion when everybody is trying 100% to do everything they can to help each other I think if Chuck's house goes against the bylaw then the bylaw, simply must change. The change would be for the better.

This is exactly what seniors and others need in Tay Township. Especially after what has has happened in senior residences during the pandemic. Let Tay lead the way to the future PLEASE

I think this should be allowed as long as he has all the right permits to have his own business. I also think they should change the builder rules that a house has to be a specific size. I hope this petition makes some change for him

Beautifully crafted - not an eyesore A good income opportunity In these pandemically influenced hard financial times. Practical options to support tourism safely One solution to caring for senior family members. Thankyou to this man who’s hard work, talent and vision have drawn attention to some changes that need to happen in the area to adapt with society’s evolving needs.

Tiny homes and new build "granny suites" are being approved by municipalities around the world. If Tay Townsip were truly interested in become a 55 and over friendly community are counsellors would stop approving surveys that have no focus and start advocating for senior friendly affordable housing alternatives. I am a senior with a chronic illness, I have a property that is too big for me to manage anymore. A tiny house would allow me to make my small house at the front of the property and a affordable for a young couple who wanted to rent to own or a 55 plus couple who wanted to downsize.
