I think the municipality should instead of making it harder for alternative housing be making it easier for things like tiny homes to be allowed as it is a great alternative for younger first time home owners be able to own a dwelling.

Tiny houses are an affordable housing solution for people who don't qualify for Section 8 or 42. They can be built to most municipalities' reasonable building codes, and they are better for the environment than a standard home.

I also am a small business own. My business has suffered during Covid and I am without a vehicle was almost found on the streets starved of no food, or water, and naked, dead. It is mostly because of a deadly disease and suffer from severely known as Lupus. I can't be in the sunlight or heat it will kill me. I am interested in buying a tiny home for myself when I have money. But right now have none and am staying with family. When I went past the poverty level and felt as though I was living in a time of famine for myself I needed rest because I couldn't go on anymore I was going to die, I took shelter at highway 80 rescue mission. They fed and clothed me I had water and a place to sleep. I eventually while working in their kitchen worked my up to Lead. They personally asked me if I would help due to having leadership skills and knowing what I was doing in a management position after a several women quit. After all the stories Ive heard, and the womans lives that have been affected by poverty and much more, I want to cry. Give this man a chance. He is doing the best he can. I still have received no help yet but will. But I have to keep striving, I won't quit. I plan to go back to school next year for Business. And am opening other businesses as well. This life can be soo good. But it shouldn't have to be like this.

It's absolute bull that one person complains and the city is on Chuck Walker like he is a crimminal!!! It's his property he isn't hurting anyone and he is not a crimminal!!! You Councillor Norris need to focus on real crimminals and vandles not petty complaints from nosey neighbours with to much time on there hand's in their boring live's.
