the government is always saying how it wants to help out people struggling, how we all need to do out part for the environment. A tiny home and living small is the perfect way to do this but yet so many areas make it almost impossible! MAKE THESE LEGAL!

This is a beautiful and efficient unit. Chuck has improved his property so much 7 years since he purchased it. this is a lovely quite and peaceful location.

Please allow Tiny Homes in Tay Township whether they are on wheels or not! The tiny homes provide affordable living and a minimalistic setting. They use less hydro, gas or no gas; and waste materials are either composted or incinerated. Grey water is used for flowers and gardens as this home uses only biodegradable shampoos and soaps. Affordability is a driving factor for this type of housing. It can be set up on an off grid environment with solar panels and less property for the home owner for a minimum investment while not taking away from a very sturdy and well built home. Please give these young men a chance to bring something positive to Tay Township that is so badly needed. If given a chance I believe these two business men can make a huge difference in a very positive way.

Please do your research, Tiny Homes have proven to be a benefit too many people AND it does not necessarily mean a smaller lot to build on AND it meets all the standards for a legal, functioning dwelling

This gentleman has built quite a beautiful home for himself, living off grid type, and using HIS property according to what he needs/wants. We wouldn't have a petition for someone else on the build of their humongous mansion, or the tightly built townhomes that are taking up our forest land would we? (Well, sometimes lol) Leave the man be. This is awesome, and such a great "minimalist" way of life!!
