The united states department f labor will not remove a chiropractor from my claim. Its been 26 years and they states they have made no errors.i have submitted a letter from the hiropractor stating he is a chirpractor,medical records, and a claim examiner written letter saying he is. The Appeals Board for this office denied my claim stating they have made no error and refuse to pay me my compensation from a fall down a flight of stairs. i need your help to reopen my claim.
