Securly is an illegal website that likes to track children. I agree.
I have proof for this stuff:
The majority of students surveyed (75%, to be precise), stated that they believe Securly invaded their privacy. On the contrary, 25% of students did not believe Securly to be invasive. This shows that 3 in 4 students think Securly risks their privacy.Mar 2, 2023
The lawsuit claims Securly violated California privacy law and the federal Video Privacy Protection Act by making unauthorized connections to the children's mobile devices through which Securly collected and stored location data.Jul 21, 2023
Securly is an illegal website. They were sued for 5 million dollars because they were selling children's private information to 3rd party organizations without the child's consent. It is obvious that this spyware application is against the law, since they can easily spy on kids. The lawsuit claims Securly violated California privacy law and the federal Video Privacy Protection Act by making unauthorized connections to the children's mobile devices through which Securly collected and stored location data.Jul 21, 2023
Securly monitors a child's online activity while at school, and off-campus if the child is using a school-issued device that is filtered by Securly.Apr 29, 2024
