If there ever would be a remake... okay, I start again ;) Since MGM is going to do a remake of Road House, I can't imagen anybody else, that would fit the role as Dalton, any better than Christian Kane

Christian whole career has lead up to him being at the perfect time and place to do this role...no one else has the skills, intellect, and fan base to carry the load unfilled since Patrick's death. His music and songwriting skills can open up a new dimension to the character and the best part he already has his own anthem "House Rules". No one else even comes close!!
