Children are not made of glass, but also are not invulnerable. One of the things I can imagine truly hurting a child is taking them away from a loving parent.

This is inhuman. This is religious persecution. These children must be returned to their parents. How shocking that the Government has aloud this to take place, This does not speak well of Norway at all. Where is Mrs A. Clooney, she advocates for injustice or does she only speak up for non Christians.

That Barnevernet should take the children away is wrong – and from a loving family, at that! Give them back! What has Norway against Christianity, against its own Creator? Is Norway about to – or has it – become a dictatorship? Let this madness stop!

I am not Christian, but this seems like a bunch of trumped up nonsense. Parents pass their faith to their children, and when the child is an adult they chose to stay or to leave. That is what happens in EVERY family, even the atheists! For the government to say it's a sign of child abuse is garbage!

Governments need to get their hands off other people's children. This is not what any sane person would call "enlightened."

There is no law against bringing your children up in a way that is moral. Over reach into people's lives needs to stop.

It makes me ashamed of my Norwegian heritage.

This is almost beyond belief - that a Government body would think that they had a right to make such a judgement and act on it. Is there no Court of Appeal in Norway?

I support the return of these children back to their parents and their faith community.
