Lucrez in domeniul protectiei copilului , pe linie juridica. In Romania nu iei copilul de langa familie decat in cazuri de urgenta, grave cand e pusa in pericol viata, sanatatea etc si doar pe baza hotararii , in regim de urgenta a instantei (ceea ce presupune si dovezi). Intr-o situatie ca cea a respectivei familii protectia copilului ar fi inclus familia intr-un program de monitorizare, consilere etc, ar fi facut cercetari temeinice si apoi ar fi luat o masura obiectiva. In tarile nordice cu o natalitate extrem de scazuta, abuzurile de acest gen sunt des intalnite. O monitorizare atenta a familiei cred ca ar fi dus la evitarea faptelor ce au avut loc
