Chris has Coached my son, EJ Pyers for multiple years now in Club Ball, in his last three roles (D1, BluByu, San Diego Elite). Chris is an outstanding Coach, person, and has a great feel for the game. He understands the nuances of team play and building character and unity in team play. I played and Coached collegiately and professionally and can recommend Chris as a head high school coach with my highest recommendation. He would be great for RB and for building an elite program. I would have my son play for him anytime - the highest recommendation I can give. Good luck to board making this decision and I wish Chris all the best in going after this excellent opportunity. Coach Chris brought the best out of me and helps all of his players feel confident in themselves. Most importantly he knows how to win while also letting his players enjoy basketball. He will do everything he can to get your kid to the next level
