As its not make sense to keep the fees as it is while the lessons are less, the interact is less too and not the class teachers are giving the classess appreciate your understanding

I have 2 kids, one in Grade 2 and one in KG1, i see no point to continue the e-learning as it is really frustrating for both parents and the kids.Although, if its a must i can still see the need for a full refund for KG`s and a partial refund for any grades above that based on how hard it could be on the parents, with a minimum of 40% for grade 1 up to 4 and keeps degrading as what and how can you explain kids under 10 years old?

I have 2 kids, one in Grade 2 and one in KG1, i see no point to continue the e-learning as it is really frustrating for both parents and the kids.Although, if its a must i can still see the need for a full refund for KG`s and a partial refund for any grades above that based on how hard it could be on the parents, with a minimum of 40% for grade 1 up to 4 and keeps degrading as what and how can you explain kids under 10 years old?

My son in KG1 only have videos from other teachers/ branches and he is refusing to watch them only want to watch his class teachers.

Decrease the tuition fees for term 3 AY1920 regarding the global circumference as I paid the full ammount including the busses.
