The distance learning lessons for the KG level are substandard. Not to mention that, instead of letting each class being taught by its original teaching team, the kid is introduced to a different teacher with each lesson, with that comes the difficulty to persuade a 4Y old kid that his teacher is not among those who he watch due to reasons out of her hand. Majority of the videos audio and image quality are substandard. I appreciate the teaching team efforts but this could have been done in a better way with the available resources. That's why we demand to have a 30 % reducation in T3 fees. This has been done by several schools in dubai and other emirates.

My concern is specially bus. Term 3whi h we needs to postponed to the next year

School fees reduction is mandatory at this stage, while all companies are reducing or even cut salaries

To reduce the fees for term 3 is very fair due to the current situation. I have 2 kids in the school in Kg 1 and Grade 3. The education is not provided in full especially for KGs. Recorded 2 lessons per day is nothing. So if we receive 50% of education we have to be charged 50% as well

We need tuition fees discount since the kid’s are not going to school .
