I would really request to reduce the fees as am so tired and exhausted with teaching my 4 kids and specially the lessons sometimes is difficult to check in the lecture

We do appreciate your efforts for the distance learning. We would like to draw to your attention that overall business community and the whole economy altogether are facing tough times these days. Many employees are facing loss of jobs, reductions in salaries as well as other situations and this is clearly because the companies are trying to survive in such situation. We are facing this currently in our work and many companies are prepared to take hard decisions such as unpaid leave, reduce the salaries of the employees until the situation is back to normal etc..
At the same time, e-learning has significantly reduced the operational costs of the school like as utilities and A/C bills during the students absence in the current term.
Hence we would like to request you for a reasonable discount on the tuition fees for the 3rd term.which we have paid already, so you can adjust it for the Ist term payment for the next academic year.
Hope the above will be taken in your consideration and awaiting a positive reply from your side.

The online courses are not developed well enough. The quality of online lessons are poor and tuition should be refunded except for the least cost the school needed to spend for online course.

While we appreciate that the school has made efforts to ensure that the learning continues during these difficult times, the school should also acknowledge that online teaching is not optimal, and is even ineffective for those in KG classes. What we're asking is a partial refund of the school fees as a goodwill gesture to reflect the efforts that parents are putting to compensate for the lack of support (printing material, teaching and revising throughout the week, etc.) while managing other responsibilities. It is only fair to expect the school to support the parents and reaffirm its commitment to the community.
