Childrens lives are more important than Cars

My Granddaughter crosses this every day to and from school

I was also close to being knocked down on that infamous crossing a few years ago and I'm an adult who was able to literally escape being hit just in time. What chance does a child, or a parent with children in tow have?

This zebra crossing needs changes, whose life has to be lost before they listen!

As a driver I hate this part of the road, and growing up in the area it has always been a nightmare. So many people have been knocked down. Kids, adults, and drivers need more done for safety

I am extremely worried about the safety of children in this community and fully support a change from zebra crossing to pedestrian

Should have been sorted decades ago. To make things worse they removed all safety barriers from both sides of the road and never replaced them.
