This petition is very simple maybe not nation wide but statewide to make child support illegal there's too many fathers out here who can't even see there children but have to pay child support, how could something like this be legal you have to pay to see your children what happened to legal rights to the child no father has that if they pay child support to a mother who's not willing to meet them in the middle. In order for that to happen on average you have to pay for a attorney that usually cost no less then 5000 just to get your kid every other weekend and 6 weeks out of the summer which doesn't seem fair to those fathers that want more time and cant get it. Delegalize child support so fathers can have more money and more time to spend with their children, instead of paying the mother on average 300 to 500 a month how about the child lives with who can afford the child.
