It's very important to encourage youth to participate in extra-curricular activities (such as those in sports and the arts). Lack of financial support should not be a reason preventing kids to enjoy the healthy activities they are motivated to be a part of.

The Liberal party of Canada has forgotten to take care of the middle class yet again. A fully used credit was only 150$ however welcomed for middle class Canadians, shame on them paying only lip service and doing nothing to alleviate the financial burdens of young families.

The credit shoild be maintained as it is an incentive for parents to involve their children in sports. It promotes healthy living.

With this credit the conservative government was able to reduce undeclared cash transactions. Trainers were forced to declare revenues as we all demanded receipts unfortunately this Liberal government has not considered lost tax revenues as parents will be creating their own tax credits by paying cash and reducing their cash.

These activities are extremely important for children. The government should use our tax money towards these causes and less to unnecessary things.

You want our kids to get off their phones and play outside so then you shouldn't take out the tax credit.
