The outline of this petition is for the United Nations, to advise the governments of the world to make it law for children under the age of 12 years old, to be unable to have access to or have the ability to set up a profile on or participate on social networking sites. The purpose of this being that they are no longer as vulnerable as before to the advances of sexual predators. Should a government so wish it they can raise this age if they think it's relevant.
