The purpose of this petition is for the United States to ratify the UN Convention of the Rights of a Child. The U.S, along with South Sudan, are the only territories who have yet to ratify it. With one step at a time, we strive to attain the nation's approval so that it may ameliorate the lives of children, especially underprivileged and terminally ill children around the world.
