I disagree with the unregulated practice of the CHILDCARE industry in Australia charging parents for public holidays when their children do NOT attend their facilities. I believe this practice to be unfair, unethical, unprofessional and unsustainable. I also believe this practice to be challengeable by law and am prepared to be involved in any future proposed class action against this industry practice in the future.
