The formula that is now in place for calculating child support does not take into effect any of the Obligor\'s situation. The Obligor should also be given a tax credit for paying child support. This would help more people to pay

I am the father of a 12 year old girl that I have not seen for 6 years. My child support has now been raised to $714.00 per month. My credit status is hurt because of reporting by the child support inforcement agency. I have now been trying since June to have the amount adjusted. Why doesn\'t anyone care about the fact that I have a family that I am also trying to support. If I don\'t make enough money they simply have to suffer. Who is the government helping
