We The People, live flesh and blood men and women who inhabit the continent of North America, upon the soil of the republic of New Jersey must address a very important issue. An issue of involuntary servitude (slavery) and peonage (surfdom) born out of the welfare reform child support program, which is designed to infiltrate our families and turn them inside out with lies, deceit and trickery. Many of us may have been subjected to the unfair and diabolical tactics that have been used to illicit (seduce or trick)our presence at one sided hearings and coerce us to give our signatures to unfair and unjust contracts, locking us into a unbearable situations, however, we know that something is very wrong with this picture!

As Free People it is time that we demand that some corrective actions be taken to cause a cease and desist to the corrupt and unfair abuses that we are subject to living under from day to day:

Interference with Child Custody

Did you know that wage garnishments are only to be applied when a "judicial" court order has been put in place with your knowledge and consent to satisfy a past due obligation that you have?

Did you know that income tax returns are NOT subject to being converted to and for the use of some one other than YOU?

Did you know that Occupational/Professional licenses are contracts that you enter into privately with the agencies that issue them and any 3rd party interference is a breach of the same agreement under the law?

Did you know that your right to travel can not be denied by arbitrary enforcement methods used by agencies to hold you as a prisoner on your own soil?

Did you know that debtors prisons have been "outlawed" in North America for over 600 years and that it is illegal and unlawful to imprison any one for a claim of debt?

Did you know that contempt of court only applies to any one who is present in a court room and behaves badly (unsavory) and that a warrant issued for contempt "outside" of the court room is a defective warrant and should NOT be enforced?
