1) Reciepients of child support money are subject to random finacial audits to show what the money is being spent on i.e. childs clothing, food, rent, school supplies, ect... I've seen and heard of many cases where the custodial parent(usually the mother) spends the money on frivioulous things i.e. drugs, alcohol, gambling, ect... and the hard earned money does not go towards the child and their development.

2) Reciepients of child support money are subject to random drug/alcohol testing. Decision making is severly altered as to where and how the money is/should be spent.
