In effort to change a good cause for men who are taking care of there child or children with everything they more and owes child support. I feel that if a father wants his child everyday but court wont let them only on certin visitations and requires to have a job or gets put in jail. This needs to stop if a mother has the children more then the father I feel she should as well need a job to care as well for the children not just the fathers I also feel that if a man owes child support then the mother should have to show proof of receipts being spent on the children. So many men would love to have there child with them everyday and they fight over and over but courts dont approve it and thats not fair to a father not being given the chance to see his child grow up daily. I also feel that when two partys are to appear in court about child support that the mother is NEVER aloud to say whether she wants him in jail or not expecially if the mother has the kids more then father and does not work........ I hope that in regards to this petition something will truly change everyone needs to remember it takes two people to make a child so therefore if courts make father do something mother should to because in the end there IS ALOT OF MEN WHO WANT THE CHANCE TO RAISE THERE KIDS NOT JUST MOTHERS ITS NOT SOMETIMES FATHER IS BETTER CHOICE BUT NEVER GIVEN THE OPPERTUINTY YET HAS TO GO THERE HOOPS JUST TO BE LET DOWN
