I am a single mother who is seeking advise on obtaining my daughter. I was an addict for almost 10 years an I haven't seen her since she was 3. anyways, I have been clean since 2008 an I did contact mher father via facebook without a response other than I need to pay all the child support that I owe him. I never sighned custody papers over to him. I left my children with my mother as my addiction was out of control an later he filed a petition to take her so he didn't have to pay my mother child support. My mother continued to take care of my son an when I got help an was clean for awhile she let my son come live with me. I've had the same job for 3 years an have my own home,I need help as I can't afford a 3000.00 dollar lawyer fee.
