I am currently gathering information on local ordinances to prepare our formal presentation for the city council. Post this link on your Facebook page and text three friends who live in Charlotte to build our numbers. We need to show them that this community wants the freedom to raise our own food.

Let us have them! My garden needs the fertilizer anyways.
They arent farm animals they are pets! Stop treating us like we are living in the middle of a city. This is a small town.
Ridiculous that we cant even keep a few hens in our own backyards. Theyre way quieter than my neighbors dog anyway.
YES PLEASE. I have been wanting to start a small flock for my kids for ages. Chickens are great pets.
Fresh eggs right from the yard. Why is this even illegal? Keep government out of our coops.
