Chess.com, Please Unban Me!

I'm a very passionate young chess player, both online and offline. I often played on Chess.com against friends, and I've even designed some small chess tournaments.
I was banned a few months ago from Chess.com, without being told why, just that it was for 'abuse'. I never broke any rules knowingly, and I’ve had no way to properly speak with support to understand the ban.
When I first contacted Chess.com support regarding the ban, I was given a second chance account, and promised a full explanation about the ban within 72 hours. Three months later, I'm still waiting on that reply. After that the second chance account got banned, I think due to miscommunication within the support team. For the last few months, I always got no response from any of my support tickets. Two weeks ago I surprisingly did, and despite the staff member being very friendly and willing to help, he ignored me as soon as I gave him the account information and has not responded with an explanation.
I just want a chance to understand what happened, and have a fair conversation with Chess.com regarding the next steps.
I know I’m not the only player this has happened to — many others have shared similar stories online, and it has happened to lots of my friends. Being banned mistakenly, without a clear reason, or without an appeal process feels very unfair, especially for young players like me, trying to improve and play honestly, and spend time with friends on the site.
I’m asking Chess.com to be more transparent about bans and give people a way to resolve misunderstandings or unfair bans with real support. This includes talking with me regarding my ban.
If this has also happened to you, or you believe players deserve clear answers and fair treatment, please sign and share this petition.
