you actually marked all the trees in red for death before the public even had chance to attend the meeting at the Phoenix centre! Disgraceful! Rochdale council don't care about green belt land- it's all about the money! Cyril smith being a prime example! Shame on you!

We have little open land this would be a travesty to build on this land not to mention , extra traffic upheaval there is plenty of un used land on the back of the moss that could be utilised

Comment after comment from local people on the planning application entry on Rochdale Councils Website yet only one(?) person was given permission to speak at the meeting last night? Who is behind the planning application? Why this land, considered a community resource by the people of Heywood for generations?

Objections werent really taken on board we need to save this land and consider alternative sites we need to stand together otherwise we lose yet again

Why use this land when this is ample on Heady Hill Estate and Kirkstall Ave/Claybank St, Back of Moss. We will have no Green Spaces soon.

Why not re do all of the empty houses on the back of the moss rather than ruining a lovely green area. Invest in existing properties not ruin our landscapes.

Loss of a greatly used community resourse. Annual bonfire cancelled as there is nowhere left in heywood to hold the event. We are from Heywood not Rochdale and want our own resourses.

The whole community were not informed of this and the meetings and the council have accepted planning.
There is plenty of land currently unused and derelict from buildings being knocked down ... They want to use the green field site at the bottom of cherwell
Please don't take our field
