Johnson Brady is already dangerous with the traffic that cuts through from Hwy 20 to East Cherokee. This is a windy two lane blacktop and is not designed for heavy traffic.
We have an astronomical observatory located at the other end of Johnson Brady in which we have invested $25K and which is an asset to the community. The addition of this many street lights and house lights will have a very negative effect on the sky brightness and our investment.
This is a rural community with around 30 homes on the entire length of Johnson Brady Rd. Adding 5 times as many homes would have a devastating impact on the lifestyle that we all moved here for.
The creek at the low point of Johnson Brady has flooded on a number of occasions cutting off traffic from one side tot he other. The additional runoff of this many homes would only increase that flooding.

Johnson Brady road is not capable of handling the traffic of 150 houses. The road is narrow and very winding. We have racing cars now and it is not safe currently to even take a walk on it. Where are the re-zoning signs? Why weren't we notified sooner? I am against this totally.

The creek already floods with normal rain fall. Now you want to introduce a significant amount of water that the creek cannot handle.
