definately not as this place seems to be improving they want to knock it back down again. I am a mother and do not want these people roaming the streets around my children and not on our doorstep

I do not want this to go ahead. Surely the council need to consider the current residents like myself who will be directly affected. I have a young child, I don't want to fear letting him out growing up, I don't want to dear my house being broken into and I do not want to lose hard money I have paid for my house.!

This should not be allowed to be built as the nearby school and local groups could suffer with the clientele that this would hold

I live right by here and have done for the past 11 years! Im not at all happy that this will be turned into a hostel. This will certainly affect property prices in area! Surley this can't be allowed, why build somthing like that here where there are a lot of familys with children that have lived here for years!!

This area is already saturated with cases similar to these. We live just around the corner and have not received a letter from the council regarding the proposal. This area is well catered for housing for people with varying difficulties. The area is part of one or the biggest regeneration areas in the country, so now you want to make it unattractive and lower house prices! NO to this ridiculous proposal and the associated problems it will bring to the area including car parking.
