Surely ths flies in the face of the regeneration here in C/Wood. This cannot be allowed to happen. Not only will this bring many issues but for home owner the likelihood will be both drop in values plus trouble in selling.

I went to the meeting but felt things were being kept from us and it seems my feeling were right. There is enough trouble in this area without adding to it. When the children's home closed we were led to believe at a meeting that people being rehabilitated after mental health issues were moving in. Nothing about the alcohol dependent and adults that would be parading nude in front of the window and shouting abuse at our children/grandchildren as well as chasing them. I have encountered empty alcohol bottles and cans thrown in my garden from these people. We need parking spaces not more residents beside where I live. So I say A big Fat NO
