As some of you know, the Harlandale cheer coach for the 2019-2020 season resigned at the end of 2019. The cheer coach position is currently available, however, Harlandale requires that you have a teacher certification and be a teacher to be eligible for the coaching position. There are so many members on the team and incoming members that have the skills and abilities to bring Harlandale a national title that has been well overdue. As a cheer alumni for Harlandale I would love nothing more than to be able to come back and share my wisdom. The previous two coaches did not push them to their limits and never let them shine the way they should have. I have plenty of cheer experience and teaching experience to be able to coach these individuals, both on the side lines and on the mat. I’m starting this petition in hopes that they will make the cheer coach position it’s own position. Please help me out & thank you in advance!!!
