I don't see a problem expanding for solid waste disposal. It's the "Industrial Waste" or "Sludge" that needs to be addressed.

How does anybody, anywhere think that this could possibly be a good idea? All local fisherman, canoe/kayakers, farmers, gardeners, and water-based life forms should be opposed to this.

This is unacceptable. It was exciting when fracking was banned in NY but now we are taking the waste from other states? #takingastepbackwards Does everyone realize this WILL affect our ground water?...especially city of Jamestown.

Stop accepting waste from out of state.

NO more truck traffic on our county roads. Those trucks are running 6 days a week and the emissions as they go up the Ellery Hill from 86 is awful. Not to mention the roads are in deplorable shape from the heavy trucks. Expansion will only cause more traffic and noone is monitoring the speed they are going to make there time schedule.

Being residents of Ellery with the landfill adjacent to our property, we STRONGLY disagree and are against any expansion. We have already had some of our land taken away for the landfill easement, and do NOT want it expanded.
