Chauncey Gregory, respectfully petition for a reduction of my 210-month sentence for "a non-violent drug offense under 21 U.S.C. § ___"], imposed in May of 2018 Given subsequent reforms to federal sentencing laws and policies—which recognize the disproportionate severity of such sentences for non-violent offenses—I seek relief through retroactive application of these reforms or compassionate release under 18 U.S.C. § 3582(c)(1)(A).
