I agree chase as a mortagage company does nothing but cause stress for there consumers. even if you hold up to your end of a repayment plan. they change there end and starve your family. they are not there to help anyone and the government needs to stop bailing them out and help another company that is not trying to starve people.
I am going through a re-finance, and looks like they decline me because I could not make the couple of late payments, So, kind of like, we took everything you have now, go home and die! I am trying to work with them about this and seems like I am not getting nowhere, and all they want is money and that is it. I don't believe they are trying to help no one, all they want is money. I am doing my best and God knows I am. So, what they decide, then I have no choice, But I do believe in God and I know My God will keep me. I might lose my earthly home, but Chase cannot take my eternal home, and God gave me that , So it is mine.

a lot of corruption going on wth this bank.. My son was saying the same. Put money in, and the next thing you know, it is not showing up, and have to leave work to go see about something they were in error with
