Has your payments been lost? not credited to your account in a timely manner? Have you accrued late payments not your fault? I have started this petition because Chase Home Finance has taken my money(USPostal Money Order) and never credited to my account. Since this issue, I am one month late and always paying late fees. After faxes to the Research Dept, and now a mailed copy of the money order cashed by Chase Bank. Still no help from Chase to correct this problem, they just want me to send more money. Please sign this petition and let's see how many others have had this problem. Our government has bailed them out, but they steal from the consumers. Perhaps a class action lawsuit should be in order.
