Petition for services to be provided by Charter Spectrum Services in the form of broadband and television services to residents in the Ballantrae Sub

We all the residents of the Ballantrae Subdivision located in the City of Pelham in Shelby County, AL 35124, request that services provided by Charter Spectrum Services be made available to all residents of the Ballantrae Subdivision. This includes but is not limited to the installation of the proper facilities as well as the proper excavation and/or boring of communication lines in order to provide such services. Currently, a large percentage of residents is being served by ATT through their DSL only subscription packages. This service does not provide the bandwidth necessary to enjoy services such as Netflix, WatchESPN, etc. In addition, residents must also look to DirecTV or Dish for television services. By installing the appropriate facilities, residents would be more freely able to select those services which fit their needs.

Charter: if you are seeing this petition, this neighborhood is coming up on ~ 2 years old, meaning a lot of DirectTV/Dish contracts are coming to term. Come on in!!!
despartely want cable. Hope this petition helps Mr. Mobley responds to the needs and wishes of the people that cared enough to buy a home in his subdivision.
Need to get out of the DSL dark ages; We need high-speed internet/triple-play from Charter!

Please provide Charter Internet services to the Kenniston Dale are in Ballantrae subdivision.
I would *absolutely* use choose Charter over ATT.

We need the faster charter Internet. ATT DSL doesn't have the bandwidth to run all of our devices.
