We the residents of the Golden Oak Knolls Subdivision located in the City of Abita Springs in Saint Tammany, LA 70420, request that services provided by Charter Spectrum Services be made available to all residents of the Golden Oak Knolls Subdivision. This includes but is not limited to the installation of the proper facilities as well as the proper excavation and/or boring of communication lines in order to provide such services. Currently, a large percentage of residents is being served by AT&T through their DSL (3mbs) only subscription packages. This service does not provide the bandwidth necessary to enjoy services such as Hulu, Amazon Video, WatchESPN, etc. In addition, residents must also look to DirecTV or Dish for television services. By installing the appropriate facilities, residents would be more freely able to select those services which fit their needs.

I am currently compiling a formal request to accompany our documentation for the regional planning office. Several neighbors continue to reach out with stories about their daily connection failures and the limitations of current service providers. These accounts provide necessary evidence that the status quo is insufficient for the needs of our community.

If charter provided service to our area, we would swap IMMEDIATELY. Huge neighborhoods this way
I think Charter will get 98% of the residents here if they bring Cable in on both TV and internet!
I am unable to work effectively from my home and my children are unable to access the schools websites to complete their schoolwork. It is imperative to have good, dependable service for our internet and television!
I would love to have Charter Spectrum for my Internet, television and telephone service. I will buy out my contract to get Charter.
I am interested in all of the services Charter Spectrum has to offer. I am not under contract with any provider.
I would love to have another choice than AT&T.

AT&T has never improved there internet service here. We welcome a better provider for cable & internet!
