I was at the cafe with my elderly parents, including my mother who has difficulty walking. She needed to use the toilet and could not manage to walk to the car quickly enough. I was embarrassed that she had to use toilets in such a state.

It is astounding that such a well used park with an excellent cafe should have such appalling toilets which turn off people from using the park at all. Money was found for an - excellent - outdoor gym. Why not to bring the loos up to acceptable standards?

I would rather run home and come back to the park than use these disgusting toilets. With the increase of use of the area with the wonderful coffee hut (& children running in and out) they need to change.

This park is increasingly well used after the recent investment but the toilets really let it down. Particularly when visiting with young children.

We need much nicer park facilities - this is Royal Greenwich but Charlton park is sadly neglected.

I have had to go home to use the toilets because they're unfit for purpose. It would be great to have toilet facilities that match the rest of the great facilities in the park.
