Charlton community with Virgin Media issues
Dear sir/madam
We are signing this petition as we are all local members of a community hub in Charlton London. We are all customers of Virgin media and have individually had numerous issues with our tv and broadband services for the last 12 months. Some of us are retired, others work from home and all us pay for to use the services that we as valued customers should be entitled to.
We have decided that we should inform you of how unhappy we all are with the service that we are receiving and want to know what can be done to remedy the situation.
We hope that this situation can be resolved to our satisfation. If it is not many or all of the customers signing this petition are likely to switch collectively to another provider.
