I'm so sick of people showing no care and respect to animals. Same laws as those used for people should exist for those who are intentionally cruel to animals.

Perpetrators of violence against animals need to be stopped and punished severely before they can do the same to humans. The punishment for what was done to Charlie needs to be increased.

This should be treated as 1st degree murder. It was planned and the victim did nothing to provoke this action.
The death penalty is warranted, not life in prison (that we pay for).

There needs to be stiffer laws put into place for animal cruelty! ..And just maybe...one day there won't be any more abuses towards animals!..
People that abuse animals do this horrific act and get away with it way to often!..I think they need jail time and no slap on the hand...and a thousand dollar fine and released! ..These people are abusing and killing animals. ..a living...breathing animal!.We as a human being have to speak for the rights of these animals!...
