Charles is the Terrell Tigers' biggest fan and one of the town's finest citizens. He truly deserves the honor of being in the Hall of Fame. He is one of the hardest working people I know, but he always has a smile and never complains. Being inducted into the Terrell Tiger Hall of Fame would be a pinnacle for Charles.

I can remember when he would chase the bus as we arrived at Memorial Stadium. Tiger legend. That was over 25 years ago. Not only is he a great man of god but he is the Eye of the Tiger.
