First year at this school, not impressed at all. How is it that La Plata the best school in the county but they will not listen to their students cries? We can fundraise if it is such an expensive route to take another graduating alternative area. I want ALL of my family to be able to see me graduate!!

This is beyond ridiculous. I just graduated in 2014. I enjoyed every minute of my graduation in a big open place. Not in a stinky gym. Hope this gets figured out for the class of 2015 and the rest of Charles County's students!

I disagree highly with the decision to have graduation at north point high school. Not only are they county rivals but some of my family may not be able to watch live which is not possible because half my family is traveling 14 hours to get here and I also have hearing impaired family members.

It is degrading to have a high school class graduate from another high school gym... Especially a rival of ours! It doesn't even have the capacity to hold all students, staff, friends, or family.
