Poor choice on behalf of CCPS. Now we have the uncomfortable decision of choosing which set of grandparents deserves to be inside while voting the other "off the island". Make a better choice CCPS, our families derseve better.

Iam going to fly from Chicago to see my grandson's graduation. I feel that seating in a different room is not fair for the students and their family.

it is disrespectful to make highschool students grauduate at a rival highschool unless north point students would like to graudate from McDonough shame on the Board of Education in this county.

Disappointed in this decision; my main point is the lack of tickets for each student! This is a day to celebrate by inviting you family and grandparents to watch from within the graduation ceremony--- North Point just isn't big enough for these graduations!!!!

This is insane. Who makes these decisions? Again, does the county just care about the money and not what is best for the child? They have worked hard to get to this day and walk across that stage. Now to have it another school? Hope the county makes the right decision on this one. I have a daughter graduating from LPHS in 2016 and will continue to fight this if it happens next year.

Don't understand why they just started doing this but I agree it's completely absurd to graduate at a rival high school! Absolutely ridiculous. Good luck guys!!!

Do the right thing Charles County! Students shouldn't have to graduate at their rival school! This is one of the best days of their lives!

Having had one son graduate at North Point and one at from LaPlata (at the Equestrian Center), I can personally tell you that yoi do not want to hold your graduation ceremony at NPHS. Seating is limited, parking was chaotic and exiting the school after the ceremony was a nightmare. We did not hear half of the ceremony due to poor acoustics. My daughter is to graduate from LPHS next year and I sincerely hope it won't be at NPHS.

Having had one son graduate at North Point and one at from LaPlata (at the Equestrian Center), I can personally tell you that yoi do not want to hold your graduation ceremony at NPHS. Seating is limited, parking was chaotic and exiting the school after the ceremony was a nightmare. We did not hear half of the ceremony due to poor acoustics. My daughter is to graduate from LPHS next year and I sincerely hope it won't be at NPHS.

i graduated in the equestrian center and that was packed as it is. how do you expect to have graduations at northpoint? the space is so small a graduate should be able to have their family to support them in person on their big day not through a television.
