Both Senator McCain and Senator Flake have committed treason by voting Yes to a Resolution to engage in military action in Syria. They have knowingly agreed to aid and abet enemies of the US, ie, the Syrian rebels who have stated their allegiance to al Qaeda, an enemy of the US. Under Article III, Section 3 of our Constitution, it states: Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort.
