An obvious great use of the site. Let's bring it to fruition.

I only wish they had purchased the Avaya site in Lincroft so this project could be in my neighborhood as opposed to the development that is proposed there now.

It would be a wonderful addition to the community and a great companion school to CBA. The accessible location off the parkway makes it desirable to all Monmouth County families.

I think the neighboring homeowners are being very short sited. Approx 10 years ago the same area fought against a department store from building next to what is now Whole Foods and look what they got....a huge townhome development. I have seen the plans for the school and can only believe that it will enhance the property values of nearby homes, as people will want to go to this school and
