All the best dealing with the "i dont like that in my backyard" folks. this is a permitted use and requires no variance. clearly will get approved ..just a matter of how much money is thrown away trying to delay it.. !!

I support the building of Trinity Hall in the Chapel Hill area. I am certain this endeavor will in no way negatively impact traffic, environment, and/or taxes in the area. In addition, I am confident that this new neighbor will only enhance the neighborhood.

I grew up in this neighborhood and rode horses on this farm! I watched as the surrounding developments were put in - yes 45 years ago and always wondered when this property would come up for development.. While I would like to see it remain as open space I know that will not be likely. That said, the Trinity Hall campus would certainly be the least intrusive. I think Trinity Hall would be an asset to Middletown in many ways. Best of luck!

As a Middletown resident, I fully support the addition of Trinity Hall to our neighborhood. After viewing the site plans at the January Town Hall meeting, and speaking with the architects, founders, engineers and faculty, I have full confidence this long overdue option for our young women will be a beautiful addition to the community. Trinity Hall has every intention to be a good neighbor to all the residents who live nearby and to caring for the environment. It's time to give our girls the equal opportunity they have long deserved for a cutting edge, 21st Century education in our area. In the future, I believe Middletown and the state of New Jersey will be proud to call these future women leaders one of their own.

This is the best use of the land. The local public schools and roads cannot bear the effects of another 300 housing units. Bring Trinity Hall to Middletown!
