I think moderators are very quiet. They think they're the top dog. Some need to be nicer and sweeter. I asked a mod a question and they ignored me and walked away. That says a lot.

I have nothing against mods but i think some mods shouldn't be mods. I see their friends doing something that isn't right but they don't get reported, I think that's unfair the other day my friend was killing zombies and one of the mods friend called her a stalker and a creep and my friend said girl i'm not stalking you or something and blah blah blah and the mods other friend said you guys are always trying to start stuff and one of the mods came and said don't let me talk to your leader of your fam. But my friend didn't even do nothing all she was doing was killing zombies but the mod got on her for sticking up for herself like?? She didn't even say anything to her friend I think its so unfair that mods do that and the mod friend was stomping on her and everything but only talks to the other girl.

i think that mods should be based on how the person's attitude towards being a mod and doing their duty instead of getting the title just to show it to others and brag about it thats just really what i see from the mods that matt has chosen

and i know, i know, that matt is broke and needs money. but surely it wouldn't hurt to allow us to trade gold for credits? i mean, i'd be willing to trade 50k for a gold. honestly, trading through an official portal won't stop people from buying packages if they're feeling lazy, so it won't hurt matt's bank account all that much. furthermore, it might serve to attract more people to play the game, or ex-players to return to it. this could help ccc become more vibrant and more like the ccc it used to be :(

Honestly, I love this game, but the fact that Matt stopped putting so much hard work like he did back in the day, has been quite upsetting, especially because I honestly love this game, I mean I've played it for a very long time now. It plays a big role in my life, not as big as my whole life but still big. I mean, CCC has been a lot more.. boring. I mean, barley any good updates, so much lag. Even the fact that mods have been never reporting their friends, even though they say bad words, or not follow any CCC rules.
I'd understand if maybe they wouldn't want to, but they're a mod, they HAVE to. They weren't following a chitchatcity rule. But about the gold feature, trading gold has attracted many players, and the opposite when Matt removed it for the scamming. Put scamming against the rules instead of changing what most people really kinda joined CCC for. The gold trading
You could have at least warned us a day or 2 before. But, the fact that Matt and the mods barley listen to our suggestions is crazy! I mean, we suggest stuff for a reason? Because we want it to be applied to the game, to make it more fun. Many people have been suggesting mini games and easier ways to earn gold. And has that still happened? After maybe years, and month of suggesting i still didn't happen.
Don't get me started on how Helpers BARLEY help. I was on a alternative account, with 14 hours, and I asked a helper to show me where to get her avi, and she replied with, "No. Ask another helper," I mean what the hell? Just damn, you're a helper, you should be helping, if you didn't want to help anyone then take that title off.
Honestly, I think CCC has gotten more boring. I would just love to see Matt read the comments. I would love to see his face, not to be rude.. but he needs to start listening to what the PLAYERS say. Not what the mods think, what the players think should be done. The mods today, aren't as good as some..

I've been playing CCC for almost a year, and I've noticed many things during the past several months. I have nothing against the mods - granted I only know 3 of them considering there isn't a list of mods I can go to reference. Lately, it's difficult to report players who are abusing the rules since there isn't a definite list of what is allowed and what isn't. I've made many reports in the past but it seems that the standard of what is valid/invalid is different from moderator to moderator - there is no consistency. Furthermore, the majority of the categories in the report list do not cover the broad spectrum of reportable things. thus causing many reports to be invalidated since the player who is reporting didn't choose the "correct" one.
It's even more frustrating when you and your friends try to make CCC more enjoyable for all players of all ages when individuals say inappropriate or insensitive to one another in public and it cannot be reported. It's even more frustrating that people who do get reported cannot be reported again for their consistent inappropriate behavior - because the cooldown time for reports gives them immunity.
Rather than receiving an automated message that says your report is invalid - there should be a reason why it was invalidated so individuals learn and apply the new knowledge to future reports. I also believe we should bring back the ability to add your comments to strengthen why something was reportable.
It's understandable that moderators can be busy with the number of reports they need to go through but they should be held accountable and learn to separate their responsibilities with the biases and connections they have with players they're friends with. I feel like many reports have been invalidated because some individuals are friends with the moderators. Again, I have nothing against the moderators - but as someone whose moderators many games in the past, I'm not blind to other people's biases.

Edit: I know I said that the 6 month suspension wait (last time I heard) is long for too many invalid reports, but I didn't mean to imply that I can't report anymore. In fact, it got fixed by Matt within a couple of days. Thanks to the mods who helped.
Why isn't there information on losing your privilege to report and what to do if a report is clearly wrong? I visited chitchatcity.com and couldn't find anything. Also there's contrasting information on the site. In the game rules, Matt states this is a PG game, but the rating for it in the United States is PG-13.
There should also be a list of common words and phrases for people to look at to see if they are reportable or not. For example, is "what the f" reportable? Is "wth" reportable? Where is the line for these?
