I believe 18 percent should be added to every check. If the government wants thier tax money fine glad to pay taxes on 18%, have it. Just don't screw me by having me pray that I get paid proper for the work I do. I'd rather have it guaranteed.

We have to tip out a percentage.If a large party spends a large amount of money and does not tip accordingly,I could end up owing my restaurant money to work. That to me seems unfair and unjust. 2.15 an hour only goes so far.
