Like many, I had a debit card issue that I was not aware of. In this day when technology CAN let you know almost instantaneously that your debit card does not work, it took about 2 months until I was aware of the problem. In the meantime, I continued to use the toll road, thinking all was well. After about 2 months, I started to receive notices in the mail that I owed the regular toll for each trip (fair) plus a $12.50 service charge for each trip (outrageous!) I am so pleased that someone is taking Transurban on for their unscrupulous practices!

unconscionable practices, I would never use those lanes and take the risk of being victimized by this company

The notification system for the missed tolls is SEVERELY BROKEN. Resulting in huge fines for drivers that, in some cases, had no idea they were breaking the rules.

It's an out & out fraud thre manner in which "Transurban" allegedly enforces a small penalty!

The penalities are outragous.Ex[press lanes but don't drive in the express lanes without an EZ Pass - clearly marked. And if you do pay the tolls whne you get the letter

I encourage everyone to share and sign this petition, these unlawful practices have already effected thousands of citizens. We need to STAND TOGETHER and put a stop to this!!!
