To whom it may concern, As a result of testimony of individuals who have had acutely negative and life treatening experiences as it pertains to (less than Third World) Emergency Room care at the Juan F. Luis Hospital, that has resulted in 10 plus hours waiting periods, some never receiving help or assistance at all, poor health care service, blatant neglect of the poor, young, and elderly, we petition or Elected leaders to once and for all address and correct emergency care in the Territory of the US Virgin Islands.
