is this being done for expediency? Will thequality of care be improved and will staff receive adequate training. Will the wuqlity if care be maintained or improvedand will the standards be adequate and how will they be inspected and what if they fall short of C.Q.C. requirements?
It is fundermental and a vital part of keeping people in their own homes living independant lives

whilst not a resident of Notts I believe we need to keep a close eye ion the way social care in the home is managed and run. We are hitting those least able to speak up for themselves

I believe that if all care in the area is provided by one large company then the standards of that care will be greatly diminished and I worry that continuity of care will suffer. Moving people that require care to a new provider can be detrimental their health and well being and cause more confusion and upset to those who already have dementia and mental health problems. It is disgraceful that the majority of people who are going to be moved to a different care provider are those who are the most vulnerable and unable to make this decision for themselves.

care in the ccommunity needs completely rehashing. The carers do their best but they work to many hours. Because they are over tired standards drop. If onecompany does all the work standards are bound to drop. No competition always brings standards down. How can the government always find money to fight stupid wars that are none of our business but they can never find money to help thise that put the money in in the first place.

As a senior community care assistant, I find this is degrading for the clients that I visit regularly.
